REFUND POLICY

At Sculpt Syndicate, operated by Flexi Pulse Gear LTD, we strive to provide the highest quality coaching and digital products. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our coaches, reflecting the personalized nature of our work and complying with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП).

1. COACHING PACKS (Monthly, 3-Month, and Elite)

The following refund schedule applies to all coaching subscriptions. The period begins from the date of the initial purchase or the first payment of the billing cycle:

Days 1–7:

100% Refund of the paid amount.

Days 8–14:

50% Refund of the paid amount.

After Day 14:

No refunds will be issued for the current paid period.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time in a billing period after the 14th day.

2. PAID CONSULTATIONS & PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Our refund policy for scheduled consultations and personal training sessions is based on the notice given:

  • More than 24 hours notice: 100% Refund or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% Refund.
  • No-show: No refund.

Note: Free consultations carry no financial obligation.

3. E-BOOKS & DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of E-books are final and non-refundable.

Legal Note: Pursuant to Art. 57, item 13 of the Bulgarian ЗЗП, by completing your purchase, you give express consent for the digital content to be provided immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

4. SUBSCRIPTION SPECIFICS

    Monthly Subscription (€150/month): Refund deadlines apply from the date of each monthly billing.
  • •
    3-Month Subscription (€299) / Elite (Variable): Refund deadlines apply strictly from the date of the initial purchase. No partial refunds for early termination after the 14th day.

5. PROCESSING REFUNDS

To initiate a refund request, please email us at sculptsyndicate@gmail.com with your full name and the service purchased. Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
