1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing the website and using the services provided by Flexi Pulse Gear LTD (doing business as "Sculpt Syndicate"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and comply with the Bulgarian laws (ЗЗП and ЗЕТ).
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our coaching services.
3. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Sculpt Syndicate provides fitness and nutrition coaching. We are not medical professionals. You participate at your own risk and should consult a doctor before starting. Flexi Pulse Gear LTD is not liable for injuries or health complications.
Important: During in-person personal training sessions, the client is responsible for performing exercises within their physical limits. Flexi Pulse Gear LTD and its coaches are not liable for accidental injuries during these sessions.
4. PAYMENTS AND SERVICES
Coaching Subscriptions (Monthly & 3-Month): These operate on a recurring billing cycle via Stripe. You authorize automatic charges at the start of each period until cancellation.
Elite Packages & Consultations: These are one-time payments for specialized services or time-limited sessions.
Personal Training Sessions: These are typically one-time or pack-based payments and are scheduled in advance.
Digital Products (E-books): These are one-time payments for immediate digital access.
Currency: All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR).
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellation: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account settings.
Refunds: All refund requests, eligibility, and timeframes are strictly governed by our separate Refund Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy. In case of any discrepancy regarding refunds, the Refund Policy shall take precedence.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (plans, guides, logos) is the property of Flexi Pulse Gear LTD. Redistribution without consent is prohibited.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
